Asset integrity software
Your inspection reports become one history per asset.
Lucens Integrity reads the PDF reports your inspection contractors send you, locally, and rebuilds the condition of every asset: findings, measurement trends, due dates and audit evidence.
Lucens Integrity in 56 seconds
Lucens Integrity is asset integrity software for process industries. It reads the inspection reports produced by your contractors, extracts what they contain, and attaches it to the asset concerned. Where a document management system stores the report, this software opens it. It runs on your own machines, and your reports never leave the site.
What the software actually does
How it works, step by step
Not a document system, and not an EAM
An enterprise asset management suite issues work orders and files documents. It does not read what is written inside an inspection report, so a defect noted in campaign one and a defect noted in campaign three remain two unrelated PDF files.
Lucens Integrity works the other way round: it opens the report, pulls out the findings and the measurements, and places them on a timeline for each asset. That is work asset management suites do not perform. It is standalone software, and it sits alongside an EAM you already run.
It does not replace your inspection contractor either. It makes the reports they produce usable from one campaign to the next.
What local installation means for your IT team
Three questions come up every time, and they are fair ones.
Approving externally hosted software ties up an IT department for months in pharmaceutical and medical sites. Here there is no cloud security review to run, no data leaving the site, and the software keeps working if the plant loses its internet connection.
Frequently asked questions
What is Lucens Integrity?
Asset integrity software for process industries. It reads inspection reports produced by your contractors, extracts the findings, and rebuilds a single history for each asset: condition, measurement trends, due dates and evidence for audits. It runs locally, on your own machines.
Is it an alternative to an EAM such as IBM Maximo?
Enterprise asset management suites handle work orders and store documents. They do not read what is inside an inspection report. Lucens Integrity does that work, which those suites do not. It is standalone software that can sit alongside an EAM you already run.
Does it replace my inspection contractor?
No. It uses the reports your contractors produce. Inspection remains their work; the software makes their findings usable across campaigns.
What happens with a report format it has never seen?
It is flagged as not covered, and the document is archived as is. Nothing is guessed. A new adapter is calibrated on your real documents when a format needs to be added.
Where is the data stored?
On your machines. There is no cloud component, no external hosting and no data leaving your site. For regulated sites this removes the cloud security review entirely.
Which assets does it track?
Tanks and vessels, pressure equipment, piping, heat exchangers, autoclaves and sterilisers, spray dryers, silos and hoppers, filters, sterile tanks and steam generators.
How is it priced?
By the number of assets tracked, across all sites, starting at 3,900 EUR per year excluding tax. Users, sites and reports are unlimited in every case.
