Pillar · Maintenance Intelligence
Artificial intelligence for your industrial maintenance.
Your maintenance knowledge already exists, scattered across reports, spreadsheets and people's heads. We turn it into technical memory, action tracking and decision support, without replacing your tools.
Maintenance Intelligence is the family of AI systems Lucens Conseil & Coaching builds for industrial maintenance: reading and using your existing reports, rebuilding each asset's history, tracking actions and recommendations, spotting recurring failures, and steering the condition of your asset base. These systems sit on top of your CMMS and current tools; they feed them, they do not replace them.
What this pillar covers
From scattered data to a maintenance decision
One common thread: put to work what you already produce. Here are the building blocks of the pillar, starting with the most developed one.
Inspection report tracking
Read your existing inspection reports in bulk (NDT, integrity tests, requalifications, OEM health checks), summarize them per asset, and steer plant condition from head office.
Available See the solutionEquipment history
Rebuild a clear maintenance log per asset from old reports and records: interventions, findings, repairs, over time.
On requestMaintenance report analysis
Extract the useful content from heterogeneous records and bring it to one common, comparable structure.
On requestAction and recommendation tracking
Stop losing actions: gather the recommendations from interventions, track their closure, and flag deadlines before they hit.
On requestRecurring failure detection
Spot, across the base, the defects that keep coming back on the same equipment types, so preventive effort lands where it counts.
On requestAI and CMMS integration
Connect these summaries to your existing CMMS to enrich it, with no migration and no tool change for your teams.
On requestThe problem
The knowledge of your equipment exists, but you cannot use it
Every intervention, every inspection, every turnaround produces solid information. But it ends up scattered: PDFs by provider, spreadsheets by site, incomplete histories, and knowledge that walks out the door when a technician leaves. When a decision needs preparing, people reopen the files one by one.
The result: maintenance works in reaction rather than anticipation, recommendations get lost, and the technical direction steers a base it only ever sees as a hand-rebuilt snapshot. The problem is not a lack of data. It is that the data is neither gathered, nor tied to the right assets, nor tracked over time.
The chain we cover
From report received to equipment history
Maintenance is a chain. Our systems connect it end to end, from what already exists.
How we work
Custom, on top of what you already run
Consulting, build and training are not separate offers: they are how we deliver on this pillar.
We start from your real reports and tools, not a generic product. We scope the need with you, design and integrate the system on top of your existing environment, then train your teams so they keep control. Your data stays yours, the validation of critical findings stays with your experts, and the tools we build belong to you.
Frequently asked questions
What maintenance teams ask us
Do we have to replace our CMMS?
No. Our systems are an overlay: they use your reports and feed your existing tools, CMMS included, with no migration and no replacement. The goal is to add value to what you already have.
Which building block should we start with?
Usually inspection report tracking: it is the most developed block and the fastest way to a consolidated view. The other blocks (history, actions, recurring failures) are then built on the same data.
Does the AI make maintenance decisions for us?
No. It gathers, structures and surfaces. The technical decision and its validation stay with your teams and experts. The system informs judgment, it does not replace it.
How long before a first result?
As soon as a first batch of reports is provided, a per-asset summary can be produced on that scope, then extended site by site, without interrupting your operations.
